Happy Easter!

We are officially into the 2nds of things! Little Bear Celebrated his 2nd Easter! Granted he was only a day old last year. That first birthday is just two weeks away!

Church service was wonderful! So great to be able to be back in service, after we have had sickness I think its been six weeks since I have gotten to go myself. I loved being able to worship. We kept Little Bear during worship and he loved the music too, and raised his hands! First time I've seen that, and that sure touched my heart, and his innocent uninhibited worship.

He was spoiled with fun gifts, fun bath toys and cute shoes from Grandma. He loved the eggs full of goldfish crackers, a tradition started by my Grandma. Specially since they rattled so wonderfully! Papa and Mimi got him a ball which lights up when bounced and has groves which make it perfect for catching. In all the excitement I realized too late I didn't take any pictures of anyone else at our wonderful Easter Dinner. I guess we had so much fun enjoying our time instead. It was truly so delightful to have almost all of our family close by, we did miss one sister and her family. The food was delectable, the company delightful and we even got time to color some eggs, something I haven't gotten to do in 4 years! I am so thankful to have both sides of our families, not only close in proximity, but in relationship too, a good time was had by all! :)

Saturday we also went to the neighborhood Easter Egg hunt. He got one egg. :) with mommy's help. He was more excited I think to watch every one then any thing else. And fascinated with that egg, held it and studied it the whole way home.
Waiting behind the yellow tape in the Itty bitty category....there were about 50 kids, plus adults
